When requesting an image, please include the following information:
1. Do you want grayscale (b&w), or RGB color, or CMYK color?
2. What size image (height x width in inches or cm)?
3. What resolution (300 dpi)?
4. Do you want tif (a printer-ready format) or jpg (a web/screen only format)?
If you want a tif, we will use a file transfer service such as megaupload.com to send you a link to a download due to the large file size, unless you provide us with an alternative, such as your ftp site.
